Leeds United Football Stadium (LUFC)
Leeds United Football Club (LUFC) was first created in 1919 and the team played its first game in November 1919 and by the end of their first season they were 14th place in the second division.
Throughout the 1920s to 1930s they went to the top and were then relegated; they continued to experience the ups and downs until the war began 1939.
After the war they got to Division One for a full season and then dropped and managed to stay in Division Two for 9 consecutive seasons.
Elland Road has great history and our Leeds-based hotel is perfect if you are thinking of visiting to watch a game or have a show round of the ground.
